I think it means he puts himself under pressure to dispose of it, which is why he goes at about 57%.

GC don't want draft picks, they want players/a player which is why I'm finding it hard to see how a trade can occur... The only young player with any real currency and worth anything to GC is Gunston.

O'Meara has more potential upside but again they play different roles. Shiels is our #1 defensive mid and the reason why we can have our other mids play more attacking roles. People seriously underestimate his importance to our side, would be one of the first players picked by Clarkson every week.
