Forgetting Libba,(yes please!) what is it with Gary Lyon?
On Footy Classified and TFS he brought the move of Judd to Carlton into the tanking debate.
Does he not comprehend that Judd was a trade. He has been on Carlton's case since last year and shows no inclination to be evensided and talk about other teams such as Port and the Roos sending players for surgery prior to season end.

How can everyone be posting crap about Carlton be living behind a veil of ignorance. Does it take a sensationalised piece of contrived crap (anything by Craig Hutchison is crap to me) to alert the football world that clubs 'tank'. The Roos in '06 put their guns into surgery late in the year to "get ready for '07" - that's deliberately not fielding your best side with vested interests. Every side does it and if Hutchison could have the decency to use better examples than Jamieson - the guy will be a permanent fixture in the backline and by the way, if anyone picked up on it:

The guy doesn't do his research which was evidenced by the long list of housekeeping issues he disclosed at the end of the interview. Someone fire him to end the misery.
Many teams have tanked and to be perfectly honest, it's not as if Carlton had the resources or had massive stars waiting on the sidelines. So get the F$%K off our cases.

Cant stand the man, BUT, was he telling the truth????.....never ceases to amaze me, when someone is honest, the messenger is the one to get shot!.....Lets look at what he was saying first, and if he is right.....and I'm sure he is..Thats what needs to be addressed by the AFL, not denied........Just the same I think his days in footy are numbered....

FAR be it for me to praise the Magpies....I don't like doing it...but the selection of Pendlebury was a pretty astute decision from where I sit.Hadn't played a lot of football beforehand and think the choice was pure genius as it turns out as not many clubs would have rathed him that highly!

The issue is not what a supposed dog Libba is, what Collingwood did, or what anyone else did, the issue is Carlton tanked!!!

Libba is just bitter he got the ar$e. I'm sure any person that gets sacked is going to say bad things about their former employer.
As for Hutchy the guy is a clown. The only player who he could actually mention that got a game who should not have was Michael Jamieson and his proof of this was "he is not even on the senior list this year either". Clearly, he didn't watch any of Jamieson's games last year, otherwise he would have seen a young kid who tried his guts out and more than held his own in the games he played. Hardly tanking in my book.
Furthermore, Hutchy comments about Jammo's list status is also flawed. Jammo is our nominated rookie, which we are allowed to have because we have no Veterans, therefore he can player every game in the seniors so he is in effect a senior list player. It's good list management if you ask me, as his base contract is that of a rookie not senior list player and we can have a full quota of 38 on the senior as well.
I am still yet to see anyone prove to me there were blokes in our reserves who should have been playing seniors. We simply weren't good enough and didn't have the talent. End of story.
