No, we have all done it at times. The reason is not to gloat but to let our own supporters know something is being done. Often deleting the post throws out the posts that follow. Occasionally we are taken to task by our own for allowing trolls to roam free because they can not see the action taken. We can see an infracted post but it appears normal to regular posters and assumptions are made. We are just letting them know we are on top of it.

If that can happen with an Arnie Schwarzenegger type one liner ... well at least we are maintaining our sense of humour.

Your comments are complete rubbish, if you look at the facts of Libba comments they were all very general comments which confirms nothing, everyone knows they played young players for future development, well this has been going on for 20 years+ that clubs assess their list coming up to the end of the season to ascertain if any of younger players have a long term future.

The second point Walker, Fisher,Thornton,Fev all had operations e.g some Walker still have problems, Fev missed two months of pre season, don't see anything of significance in these comments.

Third point Carlton had a very ordinary list of players, suddenly after years of poor performances they are capable of beating any team they meet, l would suggest the teams that beat Carlton would better teams.

Four point how much monetary reward did Libba receive for his comments, l would suggest all his comments are general without being specific at all.

Also, It goes without saying that a team in their position is going to opt for players to have surgery rather than them play for the rest of the season. Collingwood did this so you cant have a go about that.

What you'd expect them to say HBF, play some kids, give them experience in different posiitions.

Playing Hammo in the last 2 rounds changed his attitude and he felt he belonged and wanted to play AFL, subsequently had a huge season and is our #1 ruck now. Jamison went from strength to strength and will play some huge roles this year, etc...

Every player who was put out to pasture needed the surgery and time to ensure they were back for a full pre-season, etc... etc...

It isn't rocket surgery, clubs down the bottom of the ladder have been doing this for years.

Swann made a good point....what is worse, a club who gets the appropriate and timely surgery for its injured stars, or the club that looks like making the finals and plays their captain on one leg, who obviously can't run for 15 weeks. An excellent point.


More impressivley the club recorded all of the voice activity in the coaches box against Port Adelaide in Round 19, and have offered that to the AFL, at no point in the game is their any mention of losing the game. Some hard evidence as opposed to Libba's vitriolic fluff. Hutchy is a joke, an ar$3clown and a disgrace to the profession

HUGE box of worms HBF, the investigation would have to involve at least 5-6 clubs and go back 9 years. It would also lead to an admission of failure with the draft system by the AFL with the priority pick and make a mockery of Vlad's comments about tanking.
