Hi all,
Sorry for the tardy response to this months meeting. It was a hoot yet again! It was great that the four of us all agreed that the premises at the Heavenly Temple are top notch. Them Buddhist's can certainly put on a spread.
Those de-furred Yak balls wow, certainly tastier than the run of the mill arancini variety!
But I digress, onto business. The "how many wins" competition has come to an end, unfortunately, and I'm sure you can remember the controversy at seasons start when the now banned member suggesting four wins max.
Yes he got what he deserved with a group LOL. But remember your manners, the next closest was 14 wins, that and yes unbelievably is now unachievable.
We will be announcing the winner of the Eddie Ford colouring in competition at the June meeting. I must say the quality of the work, is well, Eddie Ford like. As in Picasso like, almost like a mad woman's breakfast.
See below for next months hot topics.
* Taylor Goads uncontested chest mark in the centre against Collingwood in the VFL, we've allowed 20 minutes to discuss this and as a surprise I may have made a diorama of the event.
* Wil Phillips where to next will continue as per normal, have allowed 5 hours to discuss.
* Zach Banch and why he will be our Dustan Hoffman Little Big Man.
* The 3 Towers of Terrific , while only contributing 1.5 goals between them per match, we will discuss how they've made us better.
And of course we always have a special guest, and oh boy, we've been after him for a while and he's finally agreed, draft guru Brady Rawlings
will be our guest speaker. And his topics will be. Negotiating a win at the trade table and picking a slider inside the top 5 picks. Not sure about you, but I can't wait.
Please if you would like to attend, drop me a line or the club secretary.
