While we are on Collingwood, when was the last time Collingwood won consecutive Premierships?

No cheating.

1935-36
Only off by a decade.

Can’t be any worse than listening to Garry Lyon about his bromance with Max Holmes for 2.5 quarters of the GF.

One thing never changes - Malthouse ( on ABC ) just cannot handle any Lions' success. Loves to hate - was Joe now Eric. Like Dunstall. And Eric wasn't even playing.

That was genuinely brilliant!!:thumbsu:

..loved it, the beat of the music, the lyrics, the visions of the past and present and that raspy voice just suited the song perfectly......real toe-tapping stuff, just loved it, it told our story so so well.

Hope Fages and the boys get to see this.......and even FoxFooty

..going to listen again, I can sleep any 'ol time:grinv1:

Who/what is cenchfooty?

...and who gets the money? The club?
Cenchfooty is an X (twitter) account that reports on AFL news. Yes, I believe that the club gets money.

Finally watched the replay...

It's more than likely been raised, but Gallops defensive work is pivotal over and over. It was easily missed from the ground when he is in packs, but his pressure and disposal under pressure changes the dynamic of the forward line. For such a young, inexperienced guy playing a high pressure position, it was really impressive.

Not sure what his trajectory is but next year could be interesting in the forward line... and I didn't think that would be happening!

This ^^^
It was difficult to appreciate everything Ty did from where I was at the ground live, but watching the replay at home since (multiple times ...) - he was sensational for such a young inexperienced player, and in a high pressure Grand final.

That loose ball contest and handball that led to Charlie's 2nd goal at the start of time on in the 3rd was awesome!

The speed Ty got that hand ball off was amazing in under a second with 2 players on him he gets it and disposed of it.
Reaction time was elite.... (also paints a clear picture that he has been doing extras with Lachlan Neale after training)🤔
