A few to compare.But the Bears V was nothing like that, which is why I’m so surprised that many believe it reflects the Bears jumper because it actually doesn’t.
Yes they are not the same. But their are enough characteristics to compare to the Bears strip.
Different materials and more modern designs are the difference. Being a clash strip it was never going to look like the old Bears V strip.
I like it, but as a few other posters have mentioned i would prefer a different colour for the shorts. But this may be an AFL requirement.
So below is Daniel Rich in the 2020 clash strip. This has the Maroon V with also a White V directly above. You could also include the collar as a V. I think it is the collar that determines if their is more than one V in the design.
The Bears strip worn by Richard Champion has a prominent Yellow V with another prominent Maroon V above. Note also 2 small White V's either side of the Yellow. You could also include the collar as another V. The player on the right (?) has a long sleeve strip so that changes the design.
The last is of Nathan Buckley being from his first and only year was a Bear.
