Even the mighty VFL saints had a victory over the Coburg-Fitzroy Lions!

However, we played very poorly and the lions did very well and were unlucky not to win

If there are any old Fitzroy fans reading this, the singing and chanting from your supporters was great to see and hear. I'm sure that watching the former Fitzroy jumper be worn again is a great sight for you all.

may be a tad nervous.
Nice to see the Roos put an end to a decade of West Coast featuring in the finals..why would anyone want Judge as a coach?

I think Carlton would be pretty nervous of Essendon, actually.

Why would Essendon be nervous ? Carlton are the reigning Grand Final runner-up aren't they ?

As an Essendon supporter, let THEM worry about US. Carlton, and their supporters seem pre-occupied with the Bombers this year. Dangerously so. They should worry about their own team. All this talk about Essendon shows that Carlton are nervous about facing Essendon.

Hird and Rioli to come back in to the team. I think the Bluebaggers will be shaking in their boots. They wouldn't want to lose the Grand Final AGAIN after putting together 11 wins in a row, those Blues.

I think Carlton would be scared about the prospect of losing two conscutive Grand Finals. It might start a trend down at Optus Oval !
