Me too. I was in the viewing rooms before the North game talking to a staff member and Paine walked by, I said something along the lines that it was tough because of injuries but he will be gone next year. The response was "yep".

Can somebody list the number of players who are born and bred Queenslanders?

With Beams joining last year (and drafting Andrews), and Bell (and possibly Whitecross) moving north this year (plus Keays and Hipwood at a minimum), the number of Queenslanders on the Lions' list would surely start to look impressive!
