Very sad for Jack Frost - 14 concussions in his 6 years of AFL is absolutely dreadful and one can only hope that Jack will be OK long term. We never got to see him much at the top level but that does not begrudge him any respect. Sounds like a top bloke...

This list management process is fascinating on a number of levels. The sorts of conversations involved and the reasoning for say Allison rather than Keays being transferred on to the Rookie list would be interesting to know about. Whilst the Bastinac transfer is easier to understand, no doubt it would still be a hard conversation to have with an experienced, contracted player.

Assuming we manage to pick both of them back up, that'd put us at 4 cat A (Hinge, McInerney, Allison, Bastinac) and 3 cat B (Eagles, Fullarton, Madden). If we fill all five open senior spots on our list, then, no, we couldn't take any additional rookies.
