There is no reason not to do these, so in the interests having competitive lists:

Adelaide delist Gilbee and Prismall, and pay out McKinley
Mozzies delist Cook and Jolly
Rottnest delist Reimers and van Berlo
Wagga delist Rounds

and those 4 teams all get 1 penalty point for the 2013 season
