One would think that will be a key finding?Good luck with the review trying to hold the decision makers accountable as no one seems to know who is in charge of what.

190 game career and yet to play a Final.
I wonder how many players got to 200 games without playing one in September?

And Trent McKenzie.Lol. Port has 2 players- watts and Rockliff. Way to trade port.
Unfortunately we have a lot of people asleep at the wheel on our bus starting at chairman level. That a bad sign.So Pickett BOG in VFL GF and may debut in AFL GF, another free hit for Richmond to follow Stack.
Meanwhile we pass with late picks and didn’t punt on anyone in the mid year draft.
Bloody annoying
Its the creedLol. Port has 2 players- watts and Rockliff. Way to trade port.
Signing David Mackay to a 4 year extension on good money then extending it twice, with the last extension taking him to 32 years of age, is one of the stupidest list management errors in AFL history
So in other words we gave up pick20 and pick 7 for pick3. The way people were talking on here last year most would have done that deal. I know I know that last years draft was strong but is pick20 + pick 7 for pick 3 all that bad. What the real problem is the boys that we picked have over the last 3 years.
2018
Jones: hasnt given us much and is still a long way off making a presence
McHenry: Has been injured and whilst he has show something in the SANFL he hasn't given the club anything.
2017
Fogarty: Is still developing and is possibly the one who has shown some real upside but again due to a lack of exposure is possible a year behind where he should be
Andrew McPherson: hasnt been seen
2016
Jordan Gallucci: Cant cement a place in the best 22. So after 3 years we cant say that he has given us anything.
Myles Poholke: Nothing.
Matthew Signorello: Nothing
Ben Davis: Not giving us any lift at all.
So far none of the players that we selected in the draft for the past three years has developed and given us any fresh exciting players. The last time we did any good was in 2015 when we got Milera and Doedee.
Getting Gibbs is only a part of the problem.
Galluci and Poholke to get delisted. Can find better players in the country and in the WAFL and SANFL

When did she say that?According to Caro, the Crows will be paying a percentage of Betts salary when he moves back to Carlton.
To have the club paying two players in JJ and Betts to play for opposition clubs is a damming example of poor list management. One the list manager should be held to account over.
Thursday on her AA spot. When did she say that?
I listened to that, she didn’t know what the go is and was just saying what she thinks will happen.Thursday on her AA spot.
Might want to listen to it again.I listened to that, she didn’t know what the go is and was just saying what she thinks will happen.
Yes but does that mean we pay the extra or does he take a pay cut?Might want to listen to it again.
Bicks "Will they (Carlton) be taking on his full salary "
Caro "No."

We want him gone, same with JJ. If that means paying 50% of their salary to make it happen they will do it. Both have contracts that their new clubs will have to honour, so either the club has to pay the short fall, or the player is happy to lose 50% of their pay.Yes but does that mean we pay the extra or does he take a pay cut?
Sounds like Jenkins will be based on his and Conners comments
Exactly. Both players are in unique situations where they could lose 50% of their salary to get where they want, that’s what Jenkins said anyway. He wants to play AFL not SANFL which would damage his media career. We want him gone, same with JJ. If that means paying 50% of their salary to make it happen they will do it. I think the way around it is simply that we must have told JJ that he won’t be an automatic selection next year and that we’re moving in a different direction. Happy to honour your contract but it’s going to be reduced through lack of match payment component. We want him gone, same with JJ.
