its a ridiculous notion. Adding Merrett to the side would be a daft attempt to buy a premiership with a coach who is too scared to take risks. It wont happen and would be a missed opportunity to plug holes in the list.

He'd be a good get.

JHF would be one of the more overrated players in the comp. He gets lots of talk, but yet to walk IMO.

JHF has all the tools to be the best player in the game is 22.
Dawson is close to being 30.
Rankine is a half forward who can play stints in the middle.

I know who I'd be choosing.
