Prudden certainly doesn't look far off at all from those clips. Hrovat would've played already if not for his injuries, not really sure how far off he'd be. I maintain that we may not see Hunter this year, though.
I don't think many would've guessed on draft day that Prudden was a chance to debut before Hrovat!
Yeah I'd say we will see Prudden and Hrovat before round 10, I don't think we will see Hunter for a while but I reckon we will definitely see him this year.

Willy aren't playing this week are they? :(

They all just look like such natural footballers. They win the hard ball, they have good skills and are smart. We don't need outside ball users who can't win their own ball we need these types, just complete players, maybe one to chuck in the forward 50 or on a wing would be nice but thats about all (Dayle Garlett ;)). I have no worries about having too many 'inside midfielders' if they can all use the ball well and run and spread when they need too. Which they will learn in time.

So bloody excited.

Really liking the look of Prudden. Seems like he understands the angles of the game really well.

Got confused looking for Hrovat at the start of his bit :p. Was looking for 24, then realised he was 23. Looked good though.
Wheeler is 24 ya goose.

They can't get into the seniors fast enough for mine (the forward line are probably praying for the day too). Oh well, good things come to those.....
Don't want to get to far ahead of ourselves..the reason these are called highlights are cause thats what they focus on...I'd like to see their lowlight packages as well...Its my experience that you should never pass judgement on a player until you see them play live and usaully a few times..My pet hate is people on this website talking up players without never having seen them play or based on a 20sec grab

I agree with you so the faster they get to seniors the quicker I can pass judgement. I'm aware that won't all arrive en masse and tear every game apart that they play in, however, a number of posters here do watch these players live regularly and are optimistic about their futures and the skills and aptitudes they possess. I'd like to see that ASAP especially when I consider the skills and aptitudes we are lacking in the seniors.

You will be struggling to find lowlights from last Sunday with these boys.
I am glad you have got to see some of what I watched, I walked away from that game scratching my head and wondering if I was seeing things & over-rating them.
I know it's only one game, but these boys are natural footballers.
And the best 2 things: Great kicks and composed.

Please stop trying to dampen our excitement:)

KH, Pruden still needs time to work on his tank, but gee I don't recall seeing a player improve clearly with every game like this kid, in a long time.
Each match he just looks better and more composed. Don't worry about highlights, he is the real deal.
I suspect for a variety of reasons, their senior debutes might be in the following order : Hrovat, Pruden then Hunter. I am not suggesting that that is necessarily one is better than the others, merely a combination of stage of development/match fitness, and team need.
Personally I could see them all being first 22 by next season.

Hrovat could come into the forward half to replace Gia soon.

Pruden can play inside or out, and should ultimately replace Boyd /Cross, eventually.

Hunter will likely play forward for a season initially, but hopefully can eventually rotate occasionally through the midfield as well.

Now Fronk. You would keep Howard, and delist Addison ???? Sorry but I think you have that seriously arse about !
For mine Howard and Grant are either trade bait or for the scrap heap.

I think Grant and Howard would still have trade value in them to be honest.
Any idea who would want them? Can't picture them fitting into any starting 22. Maybe we could trade both for Watts at Melbourne, two failed picks for one. Never know, maybe they would come good over there and Watts would come good with us.

Aish would be a great fit for the dogs! If we can't get boyd!
If we get Aish, I hope we used him as a midfielder and not a backmen; because he has been compared often to Byrce Gibbs.

But I've been thinking about the next draft alot and if all goes right we can hopefully fill up alot of deficiencies

Strong chance I won't be able to watch this. If you could please tell me how Nelson plays that would be great. Definitely want him on our list.

Someone was talking up Marlon Motlop on the D&T board a while back, will be interesting to see how he goes.

Understand I'm seriously in the minority there Paul, but Addison has maxed out his potential for mine (and still sucks), whereas I think another 12 months into Howard is a worthwhile investment given wed get almost nothing back for him.
