Just noticed something interesting in the most recent annual report. None of the board are on the list management committee. Balme, Gallagher and Silvers are all on the Football Strategy committee, but no mention of list management. I wonder if LM has been rolled into Football Strategy or whether it’s now just footy dept staff. Would be weird considering we now have expertise from the likes of Balme and Gallagher, who was a list manager at Saints.
Would explain the timing of the Laird extension though, Nicks, Kelly and the fly sitting in a room deciding between now and a few months time.
