And the rookie draft needs to be redefined. It's just a supplementary draft now, with AFL experienced players allowed to be picked up for peanuts.

Petterd, Longergan and Stephenson. Happy with those picks. We will get better value out of those than any kids in the Rookie Draft most likely that other teams have gone for. Good depth too. I like the strategy.

Couldn't be happier with the selections, surprised at the order, would have presumed Crichton was a rookie pick and Taberner and Howson PSD picks. But who cares. Finally Freo has brought some talls to the club.
