Pretty disappointed overall to be honest.

Rory seems to skinny to be 87kg and is more of a flashy half forward then midfielder. Gobsmacked we let Grigg go.

Josh Tynan I simply don't rate. Kicking is average and doesn't chase or tackle hard enough.

James Sellar is unproven, and is only picked up because of his frame. Interesting to see what position he will play.

Very surprise to see Nelson, Bolger, Waldhuter, Frost and Bosely not finding a home. Would have chose any of them ahead of those picked tonigt.

Hopefully we pick up at least one, maybe two of them during the rookie draft.

Well said. This is why we pay recruiters to do their job. They will be judged in time, but there is good reason why nobody pays for internet forum opinions.

BP has had a pretty decent set of results with later picks in the past few years deewong.. don't write these guys off just because you havnt heard as much about them

I was expressing my OWN opinion and you start to attack me personally. Unless you have the time and dedication to watch U18 games, the majority of assumptions and mock drafts are based on reading profiles AND watching clips.

Jason Phelan from afl.com.au gets paid to do research, yet he included Frost, Nelson, Bosely and Bolger and co in his draft. In fact, I challenge you to find a phantom draft that doesn't. I find it amusing that you lash out at me through your keyboard. Pathetic really.

Look it was the weakest draft in some time, and we came in at pick 36 and then again in the 50's.. nobody was thinking we would come out with a set of gems.

Im not expecting huge things from these guys if Im honest, but my fingers are crossed ..I definitely back BP in his selections though.

Mate im not attacking you im saying its mind boggling that you could be 'disappointed' in a second round and 2 3rd round selections, 90% of blokes taken after the second round wouldnt play 50 games anyway. The fact that you can sit at your computer and say your dissapointed we didnt pick up some blokes who had very generous reports written about tham staggers me. Our recruiters are paid to do there job for a reason, not to mention the fact that the blokes you mentioned who werent picked up by us, also werent picked up by any of the other 17 clubs and there PAID recruiters.
