Lloyd needs Support!

Lloyd has been shocking in the last few games since the Injury of Lucas....

I've been saying it for the last 4 weeks..... Bring him Support!!!

If this Thursday evening I go on the Net and check our starting Lineup's, it better have either are Neagle, Johns or even Gumbleton (If he's fit) on the list.

Everytime we go into a match with Lloyd as our only Key forward, he gets smashed and absolutly ganged up until we have to look for different solutions to get a goal. It has happened since round 2, the opposition have always ganged up on Lloyd and we lose possesion of the ball everytime we deliver it to him.

Its a simple solution, Give Him Support!!!

Yep, and of all those suggested they have been injured, or proved incapable. You are just banging the same drum again, and again. You can't give him the support he needs if they can't get on the field.

Sure the solution sounds simple, but if those talls are not available. it is not so simple is it? So thanks for pointing out the obvious, come back to us when you can find a solution from the players available.

If Matty Knights could get off his arse and select a player thats capable of playing forward other than Lloyd, then we might of had a win at least last friday.

Instead he has to put his faith in ____head Laycock and obviously Laycock looks like he doesn't want to play footy at the moment and then realises what a stupid move that was and then chucks Mal and Dustin up forward cause there was no one else who could!!

Yes Lloyd needs support. The midfield actually need to kick it to him when he leads not over his head or at his feet. The midfield needs to lift. I like the pace and the endeavour but the skills need to improve if we are to have any chance against Collingwood.

Neagle has missed a few games, is unfit and would get murdered by the Collingwood runners. He's done nothing at VFL this year as is a fair way from playing AFL.

Johns is ... errr, well Johns. You either go with 1 ruckman and Johns forward or hope to hell that Laycock can kick a few. Seeing that Johns is now a backmen option 2 seems more viable.

Gomby injured... them's the breaks.

Daniher missed the whole pre season with a shoulder injury and today was his second game back.

Neagle missed a large chunk of the pre season with ankle fractures, for the second time in his career, and has missed a couple of Bendigo games, including last week, with ankle soreness.

Gumbleton, Hamstring injury

Johns, is being groomed as a key backman as Knights knows he has no hope of making it as a forward.

Ok genius, who could we played to help Lloyd against the saints?

yeh we are trying to win games. but id rather develop our players more. we have 2 start buliding a good side like hawthorn and geelong. gotta find out which kids can play and which cant. im happy to see has win between 7 and 10 games if it means we are gonna improve in the next couple of years
