Workshop Local Club Logo Help

Hello All,
My local footy club is changing our logo after many years (Killarney Vale Bombers). We have the new logo but we’ve used Essendons ‘Plane’ and are currently seeking permission from the AFL to use it in our logo. This seems to be quite time consuming and was hoping someone here would be interested in creating one for us that we can use. We’d happily supply the person plane with a Polo, Guernsey and Hoodie as a form of reward/payment if that would suffice.
The logo is clearly inspired by Man City FC.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, also feel free to alter the font if there is the need.

This is the new logo we wish to use, it was created using affinity designer..

Heya Mik, this is by no means finished and a rough background repair (obviously no vector etc) but something like this?
