Discussion Local Football Guernseys.

Hey guys.

Not sure if there's a thread on this forum relating to this but thought we'd get every single league guernsey's per league in one handy to access thread.

This can also be used to confirm new local league guernseys for this season and future seasons.

No TAC Cup, SANFL, WAFL or VFL guernsey's are needed.

Also, one thing to comment on is which teams from which league wear a particular design.

E.g. Mitcham and Woori Yallock Football Club's wear the same design as Richmond and Eltham and Kilsyth Football Club's share the same design as Essendon.

From your memory, which club has an original design and not tweaked or re-coloured looks from other clubs at any league e.g. Heathmont's guernsey has different colours but is the same design as Port Adelaide's first guernsey and Mulgrave is a tweaked version and has the same colours as the old Fitzroy Lions.

Sadly it's dropped off the radar a bit over the past few months, hopefully it gets a bit more attention soon.

It's something I have quite a bit of interest in, so I should really get around to learning illustrator to help contribute

That template was originally made by a Sydney guy Gazzza.


The VFL/TAC Cup is the only other one I've made.
I also make all the Interleague jumpers for the VFL.

Gazzaf made some awesome designs for the NRL and A-League as well.

He's old Fantasy side the Southern Warriors in the WAFA was outstanding.

GAZF is probably one of the best designers I've ever seen, but he's been dipping a little bit these days. He's done so many designs though that you forgive him because he's just been quality the whole time.

honestly, there's no reference to the jets anymore, wouldn't be surprised if next year they'll be the Western Bulldogs.

I remember the story behind the JETS tag.

Due to Altona and Laverton RAAF bases being in the 'west' it was an easy choice.
