Still going, it's sickening. Logan will never forget this one.

On the first day of their Supreme Court trial in Brisbane, Stou Daniels, Davy Taiao, Waylon Walker and Trent Thrupp pleaded not guilty to two counts of murder.

Mr Thrupp pleaded guilty to the lesser charges of manslaughter but his plea was not accepted by the crown.

Mr Daniels, Mr Taiao and Mr Thrupp also pleaded not guilty to two counts of torture.

whether they were involved in dealing drugs or not, you don't deserve to die like that, * that really is a shocking crime. Almost cartel level stuff

12 years????
Is that max?
Maybe out in less than 10?
Either way, courts here in this country are fukked in the face.
Absolute disgrace.

Yes 12 years max. He has been declared an SVO which means he has to serve 80%, being 9.6 years. Likely a kiwi and non citizen meaning VISA cancellation and a prison to plane transfer either upon parole or full time discharge. Murder is only a minimum of 20 years In Qld. Such a joke. Manslaughter is becoming a little too convenient over here now
