AFLW 2025 - AFLW Trade and Draft - All the player moves
Due to a number of factors, support for the current BigFooty mobile app has been discontinued. Your BigFooty login will no longer work on the Tapatalk or the BigFooty App - which is based on Tapatalk.
Apologies for any inconvenience. We will try to find a replacement.
I'm gonna assume that all the state logos would look the same with simply the text on the right being changed, therefore it would be a nationwide upgrade

You happy with this one?
Well you ended up getting what you wanted. A lot of teams could learn from this...Very happy once I've seen it sewn on.
Although I must admit I was annoyed at the three options when I first saw them, but Option A grew on me quick and now has won me over as I've seen what it looks like sewn on. Option B is worst than our current monstrosity and Option C had potential but was poorly executed. Option A was always going to win in a landslide.
I also like that the amber is gone with next season's badge, as I prefer the simplicity of blue and white. The thing I'm most happy about with the upcoming crest is that the wreaths are back, the tower is no longer a cartoon and the shape of the crest has gone back to normal. Also most importantly was that the club actually consulted the fans on the design (the Lions could learn from this). 6/10 fans on average wanted just blue and white on the crest, while our motto was voted the second most aspect of the badge behind the tower (personally I'm not overly fussed about that as our logo from the 80's didn't have it).
I'm looking forward to buying merch next season. Hopefully Nike actually sew the badge on the jerseys, training shirts, polos etc. like they did with the above pics, rather than the way they currently attach the badges on the jerseys.
I know I do, I live in Broadmeadows
