Downgrade for me, looks like an amateur football team logo. The idea of the logo isn't bad, its just the style that they have done the lion in doesn't say 'european car maker' to me at all.

I believe that the new logo is actually an updated version of one of their old logos, so it may not be great but it does have some history behind it.

edit: yep their 1960-64 logo

I did see this when looking up the logo, my issue is more with the 'modernising' of that lion, just misses the mark for me.

The old one looked pretty much like a backwards channel 9 logo.

Flight Centre Travel Group have rebranded their chief Corporate Travel offering...

Old:

New:

From a branding perspective, a clear step away from Flight Centre’s red and white in retail, understandable considering they took a PR hammering in the early days of Covid especially.

Guys, it’s been this since about 2013 or so... whoever wrote the news.com.au article saying it was their first rebrand since the 80s didn’t really do their research too well

Look, they're journalists, ok? They're not paid to investigate things they're writing about...

The Spanish FA (RFEF) just updated their logo, possibly one of the worst logo changes I've ever seen.

From this absolutely beautiful logo:

Corporate minimalism design needs to die.
