Also before anyone comments about me "stealing" logos or anything - these 328 logos and icons are all publicly available in that format and all within that "master" SVG file. All I have done is written a program that converts that file into 328 smaller individual files with only the "root" element and the "symbol" element, adding a "use" element to render each symbol.This is every symbol in that SVG file as an SVG (note that some of the SVG's just contain PNGs encoded in base 64 format)
HOWEVER, you may still need to load symbols in something like Inkscape to edit them, so consider yourselves warned.
