lel. That was July and NYC had 130. It's now November and London just hit 115 tonight. Good old meds. Oh, but don't worry. When he gets let back on the computers at the old folks home he'll somehow call me a liar, or say that he was only talking February throughout the years or some bullshit to swing the argument in his favour, despite statistics and evidence once again proving him wrong.

Funny how medusala never gave a s**t when Glasgow had the highest murder rate in Europe.

Something something subsidy junky Scots Labour SNP Sturgeon a joke blah blah blah.

Glasgow slashed - pun intended - that rate with an innovative program based on strong community investment and building relationships with police, which the Tories cried wolf about, until it worked.

The Tories are worse than our Libs, not surprising as they’ve been a cynical wedging political bunch since the thatcher days

Protestants just as violent see 100 years war (hard to work out aggressor between them and Catholics )

The Hundred Years' War was fought two hundred years before Martin Luther nailed his 95 Theses to the cathedral door.

Perhaps you meant the Thirty Years' War? Which was only roughly divided along denominational lines, and was actually primarily about political power of newly emboldened states.

Isnt this a police numbers reduced issue?

So the police lobby claims, but the same problems existed before the cuts. It's more to do with how they do their job (primarily responsive rather than preventative).

Crime has always existed..

However the rise in violence has coincided with the cuts.

.
Yes, thirty years war thanks for correction. Thought denominations were the rough alliances, there was killing in the “name of god”.

Also Salem and the mass hysteria of burn the witch, that was also religious sanctioned killing stupidity

No. Police numbers are now similar where they were 10/15 years ago (Blair loved to recruit plastic cops who did nothing and had no power of arrest) Its just the drivel that the apologist wheels out in attempting to absolve the current mayor of any blame.

On the other hand its well documented re the link between stop and search and knife crime (Which Khan opposed)

NB he could spend less on bike lanes and other rubbish and hire more police if he wanted to.

what was the murder rate and crime rate 10-15 years ago
/ your logic suggests another police number cut would lower crime furthur?

lower. No, the logic states that there is no clear correlation, not a negative correlation as per your statement,

The correlation that apparently does exist is re knife crime and stop and search. Theresa May tried to stop that on political grounds (And supposedly was adviced against it)

This is where the hilariousness of medusala hit's its peak. Blaming Khan etc.. saying police numbers are the same they were 15 years ago! Despite there being 1 million more people in London than 15 years ago. Just shows you how much he fails to understand simple numbers. The murder rate decreased with more police and has increased with less. Surprise? no not really.

But wait, he'll now say I'm lying and an apologists, despite just stating facts that are widely available across several publications. Anything that doesn't fit his UKIP narrative of anti-blacks/anti-muslim is a lie. Must be a sad and lonely life he lives, not leaving his house because he's afraid the brown man next door might say hello in a funny accent and then bomb him.

I don't live in Glasgow.

Its not particularly difficult to join the ...
So you live in Russia, France, Germany, USA, NZ, Venezuala, Ireland, Poland, Italy, etc etc? All places you comment on, but when its pointed out that the London murder rather is part of a national increase across the UK you pull the 'I don't live in Glasgow" so won't comment line?

Muppetry as usual. There is very little correlation let alone causuation between murders and police numbers. Police solve crimes not stop them. There is little evidence that bobbies on the beat (not that they do much patrolling now and havent for years) stops crime.

There is however, correlation to the point of causation re stop and search and knife crime.

This is is very, very simple stuff. Your pathetic apologism for the failure of Khan is just embarrassing.

NB even someone with an IQ of 80 would ask - why has other crime gone down then even as police numbers have been cut?

Ah yes. Numbers aren't right, they are wrong. Numbers aren't really numbers at all, unless they prove medusala right, which they don't. He will try anything to prove himself right, or just change the argument to fit the numbers you produce to somehow say he is right. Gold Jerry GOLD.

Also fails to discuss the point that just 1 month was higher than NYC and the rest was down on NYC like normal, making the title of the thread an embarrassment. Classic tail between the legs and run away from meds.

Internet finally back up at UKIP headquarters?

What exactly is "correlation to the point of causation"?
