"Reserve grades and junior grades are currently not covered by Footypedia. Not everything can be achieved at once! Some reserve teams may be mentioned though, simply because they participated in a different league to their senior counterpart."

Nope. :(

Nice work, sapaul.

I remember Norwood Seconds always being strong when I was a kid. John McInnes with his three Seconds Magareys and John Menz as well. 8 flags in 13 seasons from 1966 to 1978 is a superb effort.

Our Reserves have always sucked as juniors have been promoted. I can remember our ressies sneaking into the 5 in 1997 I think, the Elimination Final was at Richmond and we got to the game at half time (after the league had finished in their early double header match at Footy Pk) and they were 20 goals down!
We didn't stay long. lol

John McInnes was an amazing player. He played his first league game for Norwood in the 1956 1st Semi Final, then played his second game in 1970.
After not playing at all between 1957 and 1968, he made a comeback in 1969 in the Norwood seconds and won his 1st Reserves Medal. He played most of 1970 in the league team, then won his 2nd medal in 1971, having played nearly half the season in the league side. He then won his 3rd medal in 1972.
He was a gentleman, and extremely popular with everyone at Norwood. Coached Woodville from 1975 to 1978.
