I hope bigotry continues to die out with previous generations who have been carking it recently and will continue to do so over the next 40 years.

Even though we acknowledge it now to be wrong, I think we are only starting to come to grips with the enormity of the shame of institutional child abuse that has occurred recently and become topical.

Be it schools, orphanages, churches and particularly celebrities / singers - there was a culture of people sort of knowing about and turning a blind eye of sorts. Children needed discipline, adults were not to be questioned.

In time well look back on this in a similar way we do things like slavery and genocides.

Treatment of animals I think is one, I can envisage a day where we no longer eat them, experiment on them, race them, or have them work. It will all be replaced by artificial food, robots and a realistic "Trackside"

Modern medicine will be looked back upon as quackery. I'm predicting that computers and AI will become very good at some sort of direct gene based therapy and it will replace a lot of drug / chemical therapy.

It's possible that the concept of slaving away to pay off a mortgage or school fees will be looked back upon as somewhat cruel.

When we have realistic VR that makes you feel you are on the ground and even involved in the game perhaps, watching footy on TV will seem like the old phoney Ashes radio broadcasts do to us now.

We will long for the days when advertising was restricted to external media, instead of being neuro chemically integrated with our thoughts.

There will be no swear words as such left. The use of campaigner instead of campaigner on big footy will seem quite anachronistic

Many excellent ones in there.
Modern medicine as quackery especially. Like today looking back at 1700's western medical techniques.

Technology will improve dramatically. Robots will most likely do most manual labour, and artificial intelligence will be leagues better than it is now. An 8 year old in 100 or so years from now will scoff at Siri. However, not all should be left to Ai, as a potential overpowering from our ignorant selves could well result in a terminator "Sky net" like situation.

And today's fashion will, as always, be ridiculed by future generations.
