Any of the SA clubs looking @ Pfeiffer? Has been dominant at both QAFL/SANFL level past 2 years.

Rumoured to be headed back to Southport if he goes undrafted.

I hope we are. Have a feeling he may end up getting pre-listed by GWS though, as I'm pretty sure he's elligible.

Good to hear. It seems like we will end up with a surplus of picks (+ the compo) so this would be a great result.

yes yes yes. The tough part would be deciding which kid to pick. Very hard but they will all be quality.

I think this would be a great move, get into that mini-draft as deep as we can.

This years draft is meant to suck, maybe grab one decent player, otherwise, try and get Kennedy and Toumpas.

I doubt that GWS will give up more than 2 picks this year when they have 2 years to hand them out and also they will most likely have early picks next year and can take their pick of the leftovers.

Not that this applies to us but I think one of the best pick-ups in the mini-draft could be Grundy. Good mids are not that difficult to get even via conventional drafting. However, quality rucks are a very rare and on top of that they generally take several years to develop. The mini-draft would allow a club to a jump of the development of this kid would be invaluable for a young ruck prospect. I don't think we should pick him even if we get in the mini-draft but I think its an interesting point to ponder.

Does anyone know whether any other clubs are looking into Coad at all? I wonder whether the Crows would look at him for some KP cover for a couple of years? I do find it weird that GC delisted him so quickly when he did alright in the couple of games I saw him play this year before his hamstring but maybe it hasn't healed too well as I seem to recall it been a pretty serious hamstring injury?

Really hope we take a strong look at Suckling. Sure he's a bit slow but he's also a clearance machine and should thrive under Sando. Worth a late pick I reckon.

According to the Phantom drafts, Grigg, McKenzie and Waldhuter will be around the 20-30 mark. Forster more likely 15-20.

Gentleman, I am new to this so hey. I have played with kennedy, toumpas, tonkes, nyskahous, and against irra and mayes and a host of others if anyone wants any info

So I take it you represented South Australia u16s 2010?

I havn't noticed the first 4 you've named. But to be fair, I havn't seen many Glenelg games to see Kennedy, or the others (Not really big names besides Toupas)

I've always seen a shitload of South games.

Wouldn't mind grabbing Todd McKay (South) in 2012 and Rhys Marles (Sturt) in 2013/14 myself...

Go away for a week with little internet access and look what happens.... Am loving who we have picked up. Really liking the new Kaoonas we have found.
Now if we could somehow parcel Symes and Sellar and Armstrong up somehow....

So as it stands we have 24 and GWS has just about everything else in the first round. Holy massive leg up Batman!

Would love something in the teens, but just can't see it, my dreams of Wingard have long left the building. The Tippett trade just won't go away either and I can't see Brisbane letting Vossy loose at trade week again ever after what he did a couple years back. All hinges on Clarke who I could see walking for nothing.

Could have only two maybe three picks..

24 for best Mid..Utility...KKP...or Ruck??

You would have to wonder whether the AFC would give any consideration to Amos Frank and any other indigineous players from the communities they are supporting. Amos broke the sprint record at the club and from memory of the article won the best and fairest although only playing for Fregon, but it would be great to see some of these excitement machines at least come down and play at SANFL level.
