Hasn't Kupp had knee issues all season? Surely him being put out there with a weak knee/previous damage, the responsibility falls on the teams medical staff. Americas don't seem to manage or take injuries seriously enough in many of their sports. Could have just been unfortunate, but I'm skeptical. Feel for Kupp badly, been our best receiver last year and was again solid this year. Thankfully we signed Cooks so we still have two quality players out wide. Reynolds is more than capable of playing the slot position.

Stewart's disgusting tackle looked like a season ender, turned out it was, just a couple of weeks later. Ive got no doubt that tackle caused what happened yesterday. NFL needs to suspend players for long periods of time for stuff like that. Got to be taken more seriously than just a slap on the wrist.

There are "horse collars" then there are "HORSE COLLARS" ... bloke wouldn't let go of Kupp when the play was dead and was contorting his body in such a way that it could only end in injury. Id be much more pissed about it if i was the Rams.

Offence vs Offence, the Chiefs have probably moved the ball better than us most of the game and have the edge

The defence whilst leaky, have stood up and made a few huge plays when it counted most, Donald's two strip sacks, the two TD's by Ebukam, Joyner saving a pass on third down that was set for Hill.

My heart rate has only just returned to normal after that sensational game yesterday.

Great feeling to be 10-1 heading into the bye.

Brilliant performance by Goff. Never looked flustered. Lost the lead and made some clutch plays to regain the lead.

Jared's 4th Fourth Quarter Comeback of the year!

Some of the calling at the death by McVay has been questionable. Run the football and some time off the clock. To give Mahomes the ball again after Peters pick was bad. Even give it to Brown and punch it up the middle - we just needed a first down and we could have closed it down.

Who would have thought Ebukam to score ? Not once but twice thanks to the great man AD !! What a player he is.

Very pleased with our two TE's - really stepping up. Everett's run down the sideline for the winner was sensational.

Not the greatest game ever played but the Rams get the W and become the NFC West Champs for the second year running.

First time the Rams have repeated the division since our run of 1973-1979. Long time between drinks.

Aaron Donald again came up big when it counted. Todd Gurley's decision not to run it in for the TD was odd. I suppose he wasted a bit more time and got it the next time.

Big game next week against the Bears.

What? Didn't the GSOT win the division back to back at all?

Donald was a beast today. Shame defensive players no longer win awards.

Goff was off target today on his passing, but we got the win that's all that matters. The run home should be a breeze, though it will be interesting to see how we go against Chicago's defence

It was too cold in Chicago .. and the Bears were just too good. Need to lick our wounds and get back to LA and attempt to beat the Eagles to secure rest in the first week of the playoffs.

Thought our D was solid - our O was totally outplayed and Goff had his worst game since Year 1.

Biggest concern is an injury to Saffold.

What on earth has happened to our offence and Goff since the Chiefs game? If we drop this one, be fortunate not to be 1-6 from the past 7 games the way we have been playing. First it was the defence being piss poor, then the offence has faced two playoff caliber defenses the last two weeks and shown as pretenders. All that energy and great play making has vanished, defense improved slightly but still inconsistent. Really worried about our form on the brink of the playoffs

Terrible time to do a trick play on forth down, would have looked good if completed, instead we give the Eagles the ball back only forty yards out when we are down 13-30

Who was that idiot who decided to run the ball inbounds, when he had a chance to run it out of bounds on that second last play? Cost us ten seconds and two extra plays to take a shot at winning the game. Selfish and didn't have their head in game mode.

Had our chances but didn’t take them. Too many errors. I will be disappointed if McVay again shoulders the blame for this one. Goff was continually under pressure. He was much better than last week but made some poor throws. This game showed that by far our most important player is Gurley. Yes he should’ve gone out of bounds but he backed himself to make a play. Our destiny is still in our own hands and we have two more games to get a better record than last season. Hopefully we can get some confidence leading into the playoffs.

GO RAMS!

the offensive woes are all on the OL, you give your QB no time and thats what happens.

Not all, a great deal, but I think opposition coaches have figured out some of our get out plays and Philly did a great job of taking away the deep play threat.

Rams beat the Cardinals and move to 12-3 which is an improvement on last year. Fair to say the Rams were heavy favourites and should have won and they did. After two straight losses that’s what we needed to do to get back on track.

CJ Anderson the midweek signing ran for 167 yards. He really was dynamic. Hit the hole and powered through. This took the pressure off Goff who was able to get into some rhythm.... and Aaron Donald just keeps up the pressure all game long, 19.5 sacks for the year. What a player.

With the Saints locking up the number 1 seed ... Bears take on the Vikings while the Rams take on the 49ers next week to determine the second ranking spot and the all important bye in week 1 of the playoffs.

Myles Simmons
RAMS INSIDER

Los Angeles will not have star running back Todd Gurley in the backfield on Sunday, as he has been ruled out for Week 17.

Gurley has been dealing with the effects of knee inflammation since the Week 15 loss to the Eagles. He has not practiced since. And though head coach Sean McVay said earlier in the week that Gurley not practicing would not necessarily prevent the running back from playing, the decision has been made to rest the star RB.

With Gurley out for the regular-season finale, he’ll finish the 2018 season with 1,831 yards from scrimmage — 1,251 rushing, 580 receiving. He currently leads the league with 21 total touchdowns and 17 rushing touchdowns.

C.J. Anderson is expected to start at running back against San Francisco in Gurley’s stead. In his sixth pro season out of Cal, Anderson rushed for 167 yards on 20 carries in his Rams debut last week in Arizona.

Rams earn the bye in the first week of the playoffs. 48-32 winners over the 49ers. Injury concerns to Robert Woods and Andrew Whitworth as well as Gurley. The week off could come in handy for these guys.

3. Bears v 6. Eagles

4. Cowboys v 5. Seahawks

Rams will play the highest ranked winner from week 1.

Bears should start favourites so that is who we would be favoured to play ... but they are no certainty ... while Seahawks v Cowboys is a toss of the coin. Cowboys at home maybe slight faves.

Missed today’s game. How did Goff look?
