i wonder how much you would have made if you bet $10 against the favourites every north game this year?

Question. Which would you have preferred if you were asked 2 weeks ago?

(1) Regulation win over Brisbane, as expected & 15 points loss to the Hawks - let's face it, as expected.
OR
(2) Frustrating, inexplicable, inexcusable 4 point lost to Brisbane & magnificent 20 point win over the Hawks.

Please don't come back saying we should have won both - that goes without saying. Don't overthink it.

I tried to pose the same question before the game yesterday on Tapatalk on my iPhone but a couple of weeks ago I suddenly got a stupid system error that stops me making posts.

My own answer yesterday was option 2. Now, today, it is even moreso option 2.

It's not a trick question designed to try and annoy some of you guys who really unloaded on the club last week - as that was all very understandable, given the circumstances and general expectations.

To kick start our season, definitely option 2.

This side plays with my emotions. All I really wanted to see last night was effort and boy it was there in tons. I just hope that the players get to the point where they decide not to let themselves anymore.

We say that after every great win, only then to be shattered by poor performances.....perspective folks!
The perspective side of things works both way in our case. That's what makes this season so hard to take. However, I think I'll put you down for option 2 as well, given you used "we" instead of "you" in your reply. :)
