Lucas to miss

I'm pretty sure Lucas will play. I for one hope he does. It's no good hoping players miss through injury just because they're playing your team. You want to beat the other team at their best.

The sad thing for us is even if Lucas does play we are still a long way from our best side being on the park

If there's even the slightest risk then leave him out. Just not worth it with all our injuries atm. Got a few good years left in him, don't want to risk that.

Plus we only play Pies this week. May as well rest 3-4 and get the squad down to even 22.

I hope he plays, my forwardline depth isn't good enough to leave a non-playing Lucas on the bench and I kinda want to keep the 4 trades I have left.

Collingwood should still win if he plays and frankly I wouldn't be too worried about having an impact in September if we can't knock off a depleted Bomber lineup.
