I always secretly liked Hodge even when he was tearing it up at Hawthorn against us, not many hard nuts like him around anymore. I wish him all the best post footy, If he goes into coaching he'll make one hell of good coach imo!

An incredible career. One of the best leaders this game has seen. Honestly thought he had one more season in him. It speaks volumes of the sort of character he is to keep this to himself rather than give himself a farewell tour like a lot of retiring greats tend to give themselves.
