I feel for Livingston.
The only players above him when he was drafted in 2000 were Riewoldt, Koschitzke and Didak.
His first year he replaces the full back of the century where he was ok in a team that was getting flogged.

The past 2 years he has always carried injury or is catching up to the rest.
In that time players have taken positions ahead of him, (Thornton), and because of that has become a bit player, who gets 10 minutes here and there, (rd 22 Tarrant 2 quick goals, benched for the remainder of the game).

Really this guy is a top line draftee who needs to be given half a season in one position to really take hold of his career.

Who knows, centre half forward frees up the new improved Lance.

If he isn't up to it by then, well that's his future, but the quality of that seasons draft indicates he was certainly better than a bit player who go drafted high.

Agree with the above post. I feel for the bloke as well.
Was a very talented forward as a junior, and was then asked to play in probably the second hardest position on the ground.

My only issue with him is where his best position is. Not entirely sure he is a KPP and not sure he has the kicking skills to play in the midfield.

When I did my starting 22 for next year a few weeks ago, he wasn't in it. Lets hope he can have a big preseason and prove us ALL wrong!!

I feel Livingston must be given an opportunity to cement his spot at FB, just like Fev was when Pagan took over. Give him 12 months and with the support/improvement of Thornton, Norman & Teague you just never know. I haven't given up hope as he has shown previously he is capable.
