's signature. Importantly, the Herald Sun is reporting tonight that the only other club publicly linked to Parker to date (St Kilda) has ruled itself out of the running for his services. Stuey Dew has an existing relationship with Parker from his Swans days which may be a big factor in this one. Sydney have only offered Parker a two year extension on less money than he feels he should be making so he's considering his options as a free agent.

Like to see him stay at Sydney but we dont want to give a 4 year contract for a this type of role for a guy who will be 29 before the season starts next year.

Gold coast needs some hard bodied experience , so 4 years there makes more sense
