Luke Webster, ****!

I guess thats where we differ.... I won't say I laughed... but I did have a little smile on my face when I heard someone went down injured and realised it was a Dockers player

No, where we differ is that you are a substandard human being. Whacking a little smiley face on after the sort of garbage you spew is going to change nothing about the fact that you really are a pathetic oxygen thief.

Now, go and settle yourself into somewhere cosy with a few pictures of some athletes' penises and congratulate yourself on yet another season of deadset mediocrity.

HAHA of yeah your conditioning coach is the best in the business..... what crap. Conditioning coaches dont stop you doing knees or dislocating shoulders and turning ankles. It was pure luck... and in a year where you needed luck more than anyone else due to the paper thin squad you had. Next year you won't be so lucky. Already down to 34 now.

Yes, but they can help stop soft tissue injuries. Look at how many games Eagles' players missed through soft tissue injuries.

When we finish above you again next season, I will be looking forward to coming back on here to see what new excuses you can come up with.

I am looking forward to that happening next year and for all 100 years of the forthcoming Reign of Terror.

I love it how Bubba Micale says the Weavils won't play anyone injured but Chick spent more time denting needles down the race than on the field. Oh, and I love how Wooshie tries to ignore the questions about what happens to Chick when he runs off to get his jab - "I don't ask questions about what happens down there". It's the John Howard school of being in charge; ie, don't be, so when the caca hits the fan, you can honestly say you had nothing to do with it.

Great leadership, John. Nice excuse-making, Dudd.

You slag us off for having a skinny list but when the injuries hit your mob, paper looks fat next to your own collection of worldbeaters.

Don't you reckon it's a PROBLEM when your secondstringers can't cope or are languishing in the WAFL?

"One dimensional" is doing you a favour.

Ah, Master Dudd has just been kicked out of the "pulling wings off flies" class. Next class is "how to by a ticket to the footy 101".

I might not like a sportsman but to wish an injury on a player ........ just shows that the word "good sport" will be applied to one less Master.

This thread starts with s h i t and you propagate it. So now your questioning Worsfolds leadership ?? If you know so much about freo and footy - you would never doubt worsfolds leadership qualities.

Ease up, Blue. I'm on a freak hunt. Don't get dragged into the net or you'll clog up my line of sight.

It's that Dudd we're after here and there may be peripheral damage but you just take it easy.

I want him to acknowledge he is a **** and to then go away. Every means up till that point will be fair because that joker is vermin.

(Oh, and you can't tell me Woosha saying he doesn't know what goes on down the race when Chick runs off clutching his shoulder is an example of good leadership. It means he's either not in charge or he's inept. Or maybe even a liar.)

Depressing after his performance in the final. Anyone got an update on how long he will be sidelined for?

At his age to have had so many knee problems is ominious for a short-lived career. :(

woosh may not be as witty, media friendly as connolly, but blind freddy can see that he has leadership to boot.

as far as the clandestine " I dont know what goes on down the race" - you forget he spent 10 years with malthouse.

now this is the last time i'm gonna clog up your line of sight - I promise.

Shocking luck for the young bloke,

I think the last bloke to come back from 3 reco's and play afl was Schwarz for melbourne so it can be done.

And has got age on his side too.

Read at footygoss and checked at freo's afl website and said Freo have confirmed its an anterior cruciate but this time his right knee? where as his 2 previous were on his left, either this or the other way round. Must admit when i saw him being helped off i cringed, no one should wish injury or be happy about injury to another player, no matter what side they play for.

Hope he gets back.

Bloody terrible news - hope he has a speedy recovery and can play AFL again!

Apparently his dodgy knee was the only reason the Eagles didn't have a crack at putting him on our rookie list a few seasons ago.

Yeah, good one!!

He was training with you at the time, and you were comitted to him, but we rookie listed him before you could. You didn't get a shot, unless you want to call passing him over in the national draft a mistake.

Tasty work, Blocker. I wonder how Rudeforth is going. Or Tuckey, for that matter.

Yeah and right, GoWeavils. Your medical staff were right on the money and all those bitching Weavils who whinged like sunburnt poms when we stole Webster were all acting as part of an elaborate hoax.

Try again.

No, that would be because we had an earlier pick.
Well, we have become accustomed to that since Freo's inception.

Interesting to look back at that rookie draft. John Baird or Brett Thornton would be handy right about now.

Big Bad Brent Tuckey was misunderstood, though.

And this year, as you enjoy your second higher pick than Fremantle, we should all get comfy as the new regime installs itself.

Misunderstood? That's very romantic. You make him sound like a hardrinking poet or a Hollywood hellraiser - rather than just an ordinary footballer who lacked heart.

Actually, without looking it up, that may not be quite correct WRT the national draft. We have traded a few of them. 94, 95 are givens, but don't really count, 96 is you (Gardiner), 97 is us (Walker), 98 us (Longmuir) 99 us (Haselby) 2000 you (Doogs) 2001 you (Judd), 2002 us (Schammer) and currently 2003 is you. that is a pretty even 4-all if you don't trade it, and we don't trade up.

Even if we did have first dibs for the Rookies I doubt we would have taken Webster. Still there is little point debating it as we'll never really know. As for those "bitching Weavils" I think that was more of the East Perth supporters moaning that Webster may not play for their beloved Royals.

It's nice that you think that. He still played for the Royals. He did his knee playing for the Royals. Nothing about going to Freo meant he wasn't going to play for the Royals. Ever.

It's still not working, is it?
