Hi guys, moving up to bendigo area in the coming month, looking at joining a loddon or heathcote league club,
I’ve played senior footy when younger in the ballarat fl,
Just turned 30 and looking for a lower league to play, any one suggest some clubs ? Been thinking maybe Huntly or white hills in the hdfl, or marong in lvfl?

And not one of the senior players has any family connection, farming or otherwise, to the Mitiamo district

I have heard that from a few people now. None from Miti.
More to do with committee rather then Players. Although no local players does put a lot of pressure on the committee.
Would have thought the Grant boys had achieved local status by now.
How many clubs won't fill a reserves?
No indication of that in the Bendigo Addy article last week with Darrell Billett they've actually picked up a couple. They will be out their battling away again.

bloke told me they were hopeful of doing what Kyneton did a few years back and not fielding a senior side, avoid weekly flogging, get some clear air and see if they can restart from there
