Not sure who the hill get, they've tried nearly everyone to get them that elusive flag.

Maiden gully won the thirds by over 10 goals, thats a pretty good platform for any perspective coach, if youre the board you'd say you want a minimum 7 of those players in your senior side round 1 next year. If they want to go into the bfl in 27, thats gotta be the aim to have as many locals as possible, are they going Shawn again?

Maybe theyd have been better getting freeman from strath to lead them one year here and then into the bfl.

Youd think most clubs would be on the lookout, with only Bridgewater and Inglewood going the same

Well theyll have thirds and youd imagine theyd hope the league introduces 4ths, as macorna has plenty of numbers

Gadsden is only 23 though, and their 3rds were runner up. I think they place themselves as a club where bfl guys will go to enjoy their footy around Bendigo in a community atmosphere.

Id think Robbins at 41 might pull the pin, when hes still playing good footy, kicked close to 60, coached to a flag. Maybe Grenfell returns though, and flaz could get gv guys based in Bendigo too

Macorna seniors have been recruiting well already; it seems like a few big names like Luke O'Toole and Matt have been in talks with Macorna on playing seniors next year to try and build towards a top spot

Very strong words around that topic. Very silly by Inglewood. Heard they don't have a coach ready and waiting either so there must be more to the story on why they pushed a bloke out who just gave them their best season in 2 decades... I'm afraid they will slide back down to the bottom where they apparently are comfortable...

I heard Payne said it was him or the President, they pushed the President out mid-year and Payne left anyway.
