Thanks to Roddy I checked out Ross Lyon's performance On The Couch. Check out his body language when he gets the hard questions. It is the only time he scratches his nose. A classic tell. When the questions are less specific his nose no longer itches.

Best one is when he was asked about what he has learned about the players and he said they are led well by their captain (nose scratch). Now he either couldnt remember who their captain was (forget he now was at Freo) or has issues with Pav.

The worry is Lyon will sort them out within a season or two.

It was interesting to find out why he actually left. Roos alluded to it last year without specifics which left us wondering but Sheahan got the facts. Offered less money for his next contract after having a grand final appearance.

Clarko was pretty good tonight.
The most interesting thing was the discussion around Roughie. The comment was that J Kennedy thought he could be one of the great CHB's but it sounded more like he will ruck again when his body is right.

Sounds like Roughie is doing OK recovery wise and he is on track to play very early in the season. How good would it be to have him back?
