4 years is a big surprise. His best plays are brilliant and eye catching for a man his size, but they are too infrequent and he's not exactly consistent or reliable in the big moments or under pressure.

Big win if he plays close to his best more often, but if he stays around his current level 4 years is stupidity.

Length of contract is supposedly only used as a tiebreaker. So if Chol has sacrificed some $/per year for a longer contract, Richmond get lesser compensation in this situation (or ends moving within the same band).
