This race will be used as a Cup trial for many but still a competetive race and a few points to prove, while for others like Haradasun it could be his last race so owners will want to go out with a WFA 2000m Grp 1 win before stud. Only 50% of normal wager here.

El Segundo was always 100/1 to race here but was only third pick anyway. Barrier draw sees Zipping once again been given no favours and drawn wide yet again.

The true odds favourite now becomes Zipping who should finally get a chance to show his stuff on level terms and the long straight giving a fair chance provided the track plays true knowing the fastest galloper in the land can easily outrun this field.
Miss Finland needs to run well for the Cup and will race alongside Zipping in what will be an interesting h2h clash. Fourth was her worst run in the Cox Plate and it really wasn't that bad positioned on the rail.
The opening market saw Zipping put up at a crazy 25/1 chance, of course this was taken, and now deductions after 3.80- fav El Segundo comes out. However some books still foolishly offering a very generous 20/1 & 5.
Maybe Better and Tawqeet looking for a nice trial here, looking for more ground. Haradasun/Miss finland become the reluctant savers at short odds due to consistency and hunger. The three top raters are well clear of fourth and should fill in the placings, box the trifecta and just keep topping up on Zipping I say. Early TAB odds are unders.

Devil Moon has swished her tail throughout her career, must always be on heat and did it all the time racing in Adelaide. That's the reason Haradasun took up the lead so he wouldn't lose concentration.
Devil Moon can best hope for fifth here and won't beat home Zipping, mother of all facts.

Just the 3 true races in a year and unlucky eye-catcher each time against the best. Only stopped by bad barriers, first-up and slow track bias.
