Okay. We've probably had enough of a free for all.

There are still forum and site posting guidelines, and you will abide by them.

A few seem to be of the opinion that now is a good time to have a crack at moderators or moderation. I'd rather like to discourage that impulse so I'm going to make it explicit: a moderator on this forum is a poster like any other, and can share their views and have free use of the forum like any other. If you feel a post breaches the rules report it; attacking a mod for their posting or objecting to a post purely because a moderator said it is grounds for an infraction and some time off.

From here, if you cannot speak civilly, you will not be allowed to participate.

For heaven's sake, this Kirk drongo said that it was a "God given right" for people to carry guns and that it was OK for some people to be shot dead because it's all part of upholding the Second Amendment.

For f***'s sake, anyone with even a modicum of intelligence, religious person or not, could see that Kirk used the same putrid techniques that the Born Again mongrels use to evade questioning and rope in dumb and/or vulnerable people.

Ever been to a "Born Again" funeral? In most if not all Christian funerals, people mourn the death of person and then get together and celebrate the deceased's life. At a Pentecostal funeral, the born agains celebrate the persons death!! They are f*****g sick!

They reckon that when the "rapture" comes for all of them, the "born again" lot, they will all be up in heaven for a period of time, only them mind you because every other Christian, Muslim, Jew, Druze etc etc etc will burn in hell because they aren't "born again" (Supremacist :think:), after a period of time they will all come back down to earth and reclaim all the riches and wealth they accumulated before their "rapture" AND, inherit all the wealth and riches of the non-born agains AND, (my personal favourite), all the descendants of the non born agains will be their slaves!!!

Charlie Kirk was shot dead, (you can receive the "rapture" in any way) because someone was following through with Kirk's wish that it's OK for someone to shoot someone else because it upholds the Second Amendment - boohoohoo.

I havent read the thread and havent commented before but Kirk was a fraud.

Many people praised his college debates. But they were nothing but trickery and smoke and mirrors, using students lack of experience against them.

He was brutally exposed as a fraud when he went to England and tried to do an actual debate. The students who were trained debaters in the elite university programs were no mugs who would fall for his style and the professors embarrassed him as well.

Charlie was a racist and a bully.

Do you think Christianity is the only faith that uses that MO?

CK was saying that benefits from the right to carry arms are worth the risk of people being shot, it wasn't a wish for more death.

I look at the issue from another angle. Someone was shot and killed for merely speaking their view...someone who agrees with your stance that he deserved it was the shooter!

You freely speak your mind here just the same as CK did in public.

Many of the posters and people that were outraged at anything but tears and condemnation of Kirk's death, are celebrating and taking pleasure in one of the worst shootings in Australian history.

If only they could empathise with the victims and their families in the way they still do for Kirk.

Why should she be any different to all the other women who Kirk spoke about like that? I support her right to speak out and make as much bank as possible from dead hubby even if I think her views are a touch misguided, he was the one he didn't support that sort of behaviour the ladies.

He didn't want women to speak? I mean he was very conservative of course but not sure that was part of it, I could be wrong. And it's not like Erika Kirk hasn't had unanimous support post the murder from the conservative side, they seem to be ok with her speaking out (thus leaving the kitchen of course).
