Rules: Per International Rules Football eg. Aus Vs Ireland Test Series

Teams And Where There Training Base Could Be For It:

Australia - Colonial Stadium
Canada - Optus Oval And Subiaco Oval
England - Olympic Park
Ireland - Mcg
Japan - Football Park
New Zealand - Jock McHale Stadium
South Africa - Windy Hill
Usa - Waverley Park
You will understand why they have will be at those training grounds when u see the draw.

Spilt Into 2 Pools.
Pool A: Cananda, Ireland, England, America
Pool B: Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Sth Africa

Fixture: Round Robin Type.
Round 1 PA Draw:

Eng Vs Ire - Colonial Stadium

Round 1 PB Draw:
Aus Vs New Zealand - Mcg
Jap Vs Rsa - Gabba

Mags you would like to here some of my ideas, why don't we try to fix the AFL comp before we try to make this International rules bullshit into a world cup comp. First of all get the total of teams in Melbourne down to six this would have to be done with mergers and with 2 moving, one to Tassie another to Sydney. Then you tell John Elliot Optus Oval is a joke and you piss it off leavig you with Coloniel and the MCG to be shared by the six clubs. Next you ensure Tassie has a ground which is up to AFL standards that might involve the AFL helping a team with funding to establish itself in Tassie like it helped Sydney & Brisbane. Next it has to ensure that teams like Freo & Port get crowds to there games because West Coast and Adelaide where both given a seven year advantage on their cross town rivals to build their supporter bases. This would have to happen with membership incentives and maybe cheaper entry prices to games because $20+ a game is way too much when you can see a game in Melbourne for about $15, the same would have to be done for the new Sydney side. Finally you would have a 14 team comp with each team playing each other twice for a total of 26 rounds, you would have a top 6 because the 7th & 8th teams in previous years are not up to finals standards. I have no problem with the grand final at the MCG because thats where it should be played, but if a team earns the right to play a home final then they should get it even if it means no games in Melbourne and who knows with 8 interstate teams we might get years when no Melbourne teams make the finals, I know I would have to hold back the tears if that happen, They would be tears of joy though. So there you go Mags theirs my ideas and unlike yourself I haven't copyright this idea becuse I'm not into making money out of the AFL like you with your stupid ideas.
