This is actually pretty similar to how I feel. I realise its tough watching small snippets, but my major takeaways (5 episodes in):
- Adam Simpson and Leon Cameron seem similar - Ranting and raving and swearing and with Simpson a bit of superiority complex.
- I hate how Cameron treats his players.
- Cogs seems a different cat that's for sure, but i like him alot.
- Rory Sloane is a good bloke and players love him. Perhaps should have been skipper sooner? Their coaching staff though (Nicks aside) look completely clueless, especially Godden.
- Stewy Dew is a star. Like Hardwick, super calm and composed and very methodical. Show real love for their players. Process is so important to them both.
- Nic Nat - just a funny entertaining dude. Similar to Eddie Betts. Very hard not to like them both.
I find it odd you think Simpson and Cameron are similar. Where is Simpson abusing his players? Literally didnt see one instance of it. I just saw a coach who respected his players and who respected him back. They have literally nothing in common in this show besides their love of the F word.
