Avalon may not act as the port of entry for those flights. If inbound flights landing at other airports act as the international port of entry elsewhere, then they fly to Avalon, Avalon can treat their arrivals as domestic flights.While that's true, I wonder how it works for the F1 and the Airshow, which are once a year and once every two years?
