Glenelg....you get a big crowd there for NYE, but the place is a dry zone...so if you wanna drink, then i wouldnt go there.

There would be loads of good things going on in town.

Sandbar is ok. Not fanastic, but ok. The best place about the Henley area is the amount of really good pubs. The Henley, The Ramsgate, The Lockleys, The Grange, The Findon are all really good pubs.

If your into the more cheesy type club, with commercial music like RnB and songs like Blister In The Sun, then try the Planet - thats good for that sorta thing. Joplins is like that too. And the Stag. If you really like RnB (i personally hate it) try Jimmy Rowes. If your into hard house or techno then try Heaven.

My favourite clubs would be Savvy, Domain, Minke Bar, Vodka Bar, Fina, Soda Room and Mojo's (Mojo's mainly for the Foosball). They are all generally smaller clubs which dont get the commercial tennybopper crowd in.

Nah, Im more into the trance thing (I go to to see quite a few of the djs that come out....ala SASHA and Ferry Corsten). Ive also heard good things about the Grange and Ramsgate.......Savvy, Vodka Bar etc sound a little too ditsy for me (Not into the big ****tail thing in Melbourne at the moment).....

Sounds like Heaven and the Minke Bar would be your sort of place. Soda Room is also good for progressive house type stuff.

Savvy is good. Bugger the ****tails....go there for the unbelivably gorgeous women and the cool bangin house music.

Yeah.....sounds good.....Ill be there with my GF, shes from Adelaide........Looking forward to getting out of Melbourne for a while.......

This weekend Im gonna head up to a mates farm outside Albury and just chill out....maybe go fishing or 4wding in the mountains.........
