seeing a pic of steve kenna the other day in the paper in comparison with the other folks in our team really showed how short he is. do you think perhaps he could be a new brent harvey, and perhaps he is a very good player that has just been overlooked because of his size? hopefully pagans made the right choice. not all late round picks are bad.

I don't care if he's 120 cms tall, if he can run fast, get the ball, kick goals and do the rough stuff then I'll be happy.

Every club is looking for the tall players... even when some aren't as skillful as their shorter counterparts (when midfielders are concerned).

yeh i kno what u mean. its sad how small players get overlooked these days. the ones the break through eg. brent harvey (167 cm), phil matera (171 cm) and david rodan (172 cm) have to be very very talented footballers. but kenna broke through, and he'd almost be second smallest in the league. i'm hoping for good signs

lets not forget Peter Bell folks. Fremantle gave him the arse for having ducks disease and lived to rue the day they shafted the brilliant little bugger. And he'll end up with another Premiership Medal around his neck before he's finished.

He may be the shortest but he is up there with the quickest and he led Box Hill Hawks goal kicking last year. He has a booming left boot and can kick them from o/s 50.

Been watching him at training and his blistering speed combined with the way he aggresively takes the loose ball from the spilled marking contest is something we haven't seen at the Blues since the mosquito fleet went bye-bye.
