for the majority of the last 5 or so years these two games have effectively decided who will be champions of england and spain, so to the people here on big footy which game match-up would you rather see?

Manchester United v Chelsea of course. Because I support Manchester United.

Unless it was Real Madrid v Barcelona and a herd of ravenous wolves were released onto the pitch. That would be ace.

As a neutral, I'd prefer to see the match with higher quality and in that case, the El Classico wins quite easily. Both Barcelona and Real Madrid are comfortably better than United and Chelsea, both on paper and performance.

El Classico would beat any EPL matchup.

That said Man Utd vs Chelsea doesn't really appeal me; it's always too cagey. I loved Arsenal vs Tottenham until the last few.

Arsenal fixtures are always the most entertaining, either beautiful football or massive fail or both.

United V Arsenal back in the late 90s- early 00s.

The buzz, the tension, the attacking football...

It didn't get better than that.

Man U vs Chelsea and Man U vs Liverpool are usually some of the most boring games on the EPL calendar.

United/Chelsea games I've never found particularly entertaining. There's no history to the contests.

United/Liverpool/Arsenal games are always the ones that I enjoy watching, they mean the most.

Spurs games are always good from a purely nuetral entertainment point of view.

The games between the two title contenders do not decide the title, the midweek away matches in winter against Stoke, Bolton, and Blackburn do. (and the Spanish equivalents) Grinding out results in these wins titles.
