How many has RVN mised now? He missed one in the Charity Shield and in the game we are talking about. Didnt he miss another somewhere along the mine?

His next one, if he still has the duties which Im sure he does, will be terribly nerve racking for him. If he misses again then give the duties to someone else for a while.

Shinner - re your earlier post - what was I thinking only getting one side of the equation? Don't think it was Old Trafford special to be fair - just an Arsenal-hating ref.

Shame about Keown's last few minutes actually - thought he'd been just about BOG up until that point.

MAn U (and hence RVN as chief recipient) really, really lack width and inventiveness at the moment in the absence of Becks, Veron, Scholes and now Ole. You guys are in as much trouble as we are frankly.

Just watching MAn City in the UEFA (plastic) Cup. Fowler's just scored ( to make it 2:2) and they've got a penalty which the Sulk has just nailed. Fair side City (you'd have to say????)

Becks and Veron didn't give us the width and invention in the Premiership. It was Scholes, Giggs, and Solskjaer.

Scholes is injured and now Solksjaer is heading off for surgery.

But your point is still right, we don't have the creativity at the moment. It's unfair to expect Ronaldo to fill that role - the kid is too young.
