I just saw that we have given Mason Mount the No. 7. Erik must have great belief that he can get the best out of Mason. He even said to Mason after singing the contract that he wants him to be "very important". We all know what a player Mason can be. It will be interesting to see the dynamic out there on the field between him, Bruno, and Casemiro. I hope it works out and that Erik can get the best out of him.

Did a single Chelsea player perform anywhere near expectation last season? He was superb the seasons prior.

Take a look at Rashford, dogshit two seasons ago and was amazing last, change of environment, coach, style all helps.

Everytime he speaks in regards to what he can bring to the club, he comes across as completely clueless.
