He isn't the glaring problem but he is the cause of his own downfall, imo. Poor recruitment, bizzare tactics and team selections.

He has been good in sorting out the discipline and standards but at the end of the day, results matter and he hasn't delivered unfortunately.

But I agree. Since SAF, We've overhauled a large portion of the playing list, changed managers etc, but the same result where each manager underperforms

The only constant in this time is ownees who don't care and a a clueless football department.

Nothing will change onfield until those in positions above the mamager change and we get people who care and have a clue in.

I agree with you but it’s a game based on results and right now we’re looking at having our worst season, just s**t every game so far with no sign of improvement. Nothing will change at the club if the only change is a new manager but if we keep losing he’s gone.

So since Brighton broke our long unbeaten run at home, we’ve now gone on to lose 3 and win 1 at home.

Yeah big mistake, won the golden glove last season. Should’ve held off on a ball playing GK because we don’t have the outfield set up for it yet. There’s no balance at all in this team.

I actually like ETH but just don't think he is cut out for a big club. Big jump from Ajax to Manchester United. I have no doubt he'll get the whole season, club won't want to be paying out any coaches.

If we get new owners though that may change.
