We're at a very precarious position atm, if players leave and no one wants to come we very well may follow Liverpool into mediocrity.
You're the same as every other club in the world, offer enough in wages and the players will come. Problem is nowadays that so many other clubs can match what you offer.

That is true, but there's a few clubs (Barca, Real, Bayern) where players will go for the prestige. I don't think we are one of them anymore.

I really don't think that's the case anymore. Players will go(or their managers will tell to go) where ever the best offer is nowadays.

The defending was superb. And we had our next generation players in there in Jones, Smalling and Evans which was pleasing. Rooney take a bow, unbelievable work ethic. Smalling, what a beast! Kagawa was good but outplayed physically too easily at times. Giggs didn't do much wrong but didn't track back when Sagna was crossing those delicious balls. Evra did well but the pace of the game got to him near the end, wouldn't mind Baines now tbh. Fabio, I think it's fair to say, won't play LB since he can't cross regularly with his left. Switch him to RB. I'd be happy with Baines or Shaw. Jones was solid at CM and CB. RVP did what we signed him for and took his chance. And I don't think it's a coincidence we've been unbeaten for a while and the improvement in form that Valencia has shown. Carrick was himself, calm and measured in his play.

Finally was able to watch a game. Been swamped each weekend house hunting and too exhausted to stay up and watch. Look like things are coming round now... very close race this season.

Little Pea is another who may look elsewhere
Yeah I think Tottenham will go hard for him and I can Chicharito leaving, such a quality goal poacher, he simply can't keep sitting on the bench, not fair on him. Kagawa could also go, which would be disappointing, he can still turn it around, thought he was good against Arsenal this morning.

Poor Chicharito loves the club but he deserves to be playing every week, hasn't been given a decent crack since he started in the champions league final.

Yeh he deserves to be starting but he's not going to start ahead of RVP or Rooney, otherwise they'd leave. Welbeck may be getting a little frustrated as well.

Damn, Achilles is a bastard of an injury, most likely will miss upto 8-12 weeks IMO, can't mess around with it.

Fellaini, this is your chance, prove to us you belong at Manchester United.
